so im the east director and this girl is the west director. We call each other once a week usually not about work, more casual talking and heavy flirting. She's had a boyfriend for 4 years and broke up about 2 months back, how can I quickly get to her, she's amazing I wanna take her out have a good time then drill her back at her place. I'm sure if i pull the right strongs, it could fall together nicely, I just need some advice on this...

is there anyway to suddenly go from call and talk to want to see her ... smoothly?
