push and pull list+technique

I couldn't find any push and pull list or any info on making a good push and pull on this forum and considering that they are the most ones i find effective i decided to make one.
Easy u have to pull the HB in then push her away and vice versa while keeping a good balance don't push or pull too much.
e.g.: u're either the coolest girl i've ever met or a total weirdo
This is an example of u giving a compliment then taking it away.
U can also use negs in push and pull.
e.g.: Did u know that u're cute?(pull) and that u have lucious lips?(pull some more)...... Too bad u're clothes r HIDEOUS(push away). Emphasize on the hideous cuz u pulled hard.
I found that some negs are push and pull lines themselves
e.g.: u're smart u don't look like it thow.
u're haire is shinny is it a wig?

Main thing friends is to remember to smile when you neg, make sure you neg in a playing way or you can come off as a real asshole. Neg's are so much fun though.

Whats happening here is good ,but it become too routine orientated instead of skill orientated ,iv developed my skill ,and now i can pull using wat i say and push using body language or vice versa

Dont have routines as the cards in your deck ,have skill instead ,because once a routine is done ,its done ,you cant do it again in the same interaction ,but skills can be done over and over ,so then you could play a card twice.
