What do I do now? (First attempt)

Hi everyone,

Im new to the game and I finally got over a 5 year relationship. So I a few days ago I decided to try randomly picking up someone for the first time. It was a waitress that was serving me and my wing.

When she first came around I gave her a big smile and she gave one back. When she asked me what I wanted I said "What do you recommend, I am not very hungry at the moment?" I ordered what she suggested. Then when she came back I went into my Opener.

ME:"Listen can I borrow you for 30 seconds? Me and my friend here are having an argument and I would like to get a female prospective?"
HER: "Ok" *smile*
ME: "Ok so we have this mutual friend."
(Then she cut me off instantly with a big smile and said "boy or girl?"
ME:"Boy. Anyways he just moved in with his girlfriend and she found a box under his bed with old pictures of him and his ex on vacation and old love notes and stuff. She freaked out and told him to burn it. Is that normal?"

We then talked about it for like 5-10 mins and I asked her if she would do that to her boyfriend and she said "If I was still writing letters to my ex, no I wouldn't."

There wasn't any Kino or anything though.

I never closed because that wasn't my intention. It was my first attempt and I just wanted to practice. When she came back she apologized that she was off and we would get a new waitress. I thought I just scared her away. But as we left she was still hanging around in street clothes and came to say good bye to me and my wing. I still didnt close because I had nothing set up.

Now here is where I stand. I found her on facebook randomly apparently we have a mutual friend. So I sent her a message.

"Ummm this is going to sound really odd, but I think you served me at Denny's a few nights ago. I was with my friend and we asked for your advice about my other friend and the shoe box he had with pictures of his ex and what not. Anyways I was really impressed with your answers and I wanted to say thank you before we left but didn't get a chance because we had to leave to another engagement. I was just randomly browsing Facebook and I have no Idea how it happened but I stumbled across your page.

So I just wanted to say thank you.
