Any of you guys ever think about marriage?

not now obviously, but I mean when ur older. I know when I get into my mid-30s I would like to settle down and become a normal guy with a cute wife, have a house/job etc. But I am having a hard time seeing how I will be able to make that transition--I am attracted to so many different girls, I like having options.

In other words, I am used to hook ups and even casually dating but am not sure how to have an LTR--how the fark do I determine if a girl is compatible or not? I feel like any hot girl who can carry on a conversation will do--I mean I probably met 100+ chicks I feel I could marry.

So bros, tell me this: is making the transition from engaging with many girls to getting serious about one girl something you guys have thought about? Or should I just chill out and see what happens? You guys know I like to post the philosophical crap, so lemme hear some opinions.

When you are dating a girl and looking for LTR compatibility try doing what you would be doing 6 month after you start dating at the beginning of the relationship for example just whether you two can actually get along. I know exactly how you feel but remember people are hella blind and naive when it comes to love and girls are more conniving and lieing than most guys especially when they are younger. We may not all want marriage but every human needs love if they are going to function right in this sick farked up world we live in. I'm pretty young but I got engaged when I was 19 to my best-friend since I was 9 like a year or so after we started dating. We were really young but at the time it felt like the right time and 50 years ago most people were married before they finish high school. So it didn't seem that weird. I could give her everything she wanted I had my own house, 70 acres, an apartment building, and massive income being involved in the drug trade. But she still left me before we got married and I still haven't talked to her since she left, I got locked up for a year in max security penitentiary and I'm still on parole. But almost every pretty girl I see I can myself with, even going though more sh1t in my short life than most go through in a life time I still haven't figured love out. Like Tupac said "Imma sucker for love". But I've learn never mess with a girl that has a broken heart if you are looking for love, LTR, or a committed relationship.

I don't know about marriage. I like the idea of having a beautiful woman as a life partner and best friend. Someone you truly share a deep connection with. But life might become boring and I don't believe men were meant to engage in monogamous relationships. Half of all marriages breaks up nowadays. If we could leave out all the stress and pressure to perform in raising kids and climbing up the career ladder a lot more marriages would survive. But we don't live in such a world. I'll start thinking about whether I'd like to get married or not when I'm in my early thirties.

Damn, you got me to thinking. Now I am just about to turn 37 so my perspective on this is different from a 20 something. Women are fun beautiful creatures and the attraction and appeal of being with many of them is an attractive drug, but it's not the only drug.

My average girl is 22 and I rarely if ever date below an 8 and, damn it's so much fun. I wonder how I was ever married for 8 years and then I remember. I had a beautiful wife, she was stunning. I had my daughter to greet me when I walked through the door. She is this amazing little person and it was fulfilling.

Marriage isn't easy, and sex with one woman can seem daunting but really it can be a beautiful thing. I know good PUA's can go through women like a fat kid goes through snack cakes but I sure hope we all meet the one that calms the spirit and makes you want to settle down and do the kids and family thing. I think you just know.
