New area new job need help picking up co-workers

ok im new to ct, been here for 2 weeks. i know no one in the area, so it a fresh start. i just got a job at a pizza place with many female and male co-workers. they all have know each other a while and have there own click.

What i want to do is game them and hang out with them. To get laid is not really the goal at this point i want to just increasing the amount of people i know. Not really the males lol.im fine with being trapped in the friend zone if them if that allows me to meet thier friends, which will give me more options.

So i want to how to go about this with out seeming needy. I dont have much value i realize because i have no friends and am new the job, any tips or advice would be appreciated.
