That's what happened with me. Used to be introverted but over a series of events and just learning/watching others do it right, I developed rock solid confidence and now I know for a fact I can get whoever I want, whenever.

Anyways on topic- I talked with a girl like this, a self-proclaimed FPUA. They are usually the more quiet girls at first, but also the most bitchy/hard to get. The key is all about attention. when I talk to multiple girls I NEVER give any one girl attention. I address them all as a group. If you can play the attention game right, it's not too hard to get with a FPUA

That would probably be the most fun. Would be like a PUA off. And you two can seductively spar.

AS for how it's done, you either have to throw curve balls - because she obviously will be able to pick up all your tricks - or you have to abscond the PUA philosophy and work on instinct.

Seriously though, this confuses me. FPUA? You mean a cute girl who goes out and tries to sleep with the hottest random guys she can by being pretty and cool? Girls have been doing that forever.

I've heard of these girls existing, but I doubt you'd be able to tell the difference anyway. Girls don't need "game", they study "game" from the time they are little girls.

If a girl told me outright she was a "female Pick Up Artist" I'd have to bust on her with serious harsh neg like

"FPUA huh? Whats that? Another term for manipulative gold digger?"
