Moving On From a Kiss Close

Alright so I've recently found myself in the position where every night I go out I get at least one new number(usually 2 or3), and I always get at least one kiss close. But moving on from here and trying to bed the women is where I come up short. What I am looking for here is a few ideas on how to get the girl home. Whether its her bed or your own. What are the best techniques to make feel comfortable about doing it. What lines best work when trying to suggest sex.
I would like a bit of feedback showing what has worked for you guys in the past??
