How do I go from good to great?

Hey what's up guys I'm new here so allow me to introduce myself,

I'm Chip. I'm a 20 year old college student from California. I got introduced to "The Game" after a three year relationship in high school went to shambles and my sister told me to read this book. Like many of you it changed my life and I am nowhere close to that AFC I once was. After balling for a bit, I got to college and met a great girl and dated her for a bit but recently decided that I can't let these years go. So on the prowl again fellas!

Now for the help...
A few weeks ago I was set up with this girl I had never met for a sorority date party. Needless to say I wasn't expecting much but she turned out to be a babe! Pretty cool girl too. I spit some game at the preparty (still a bit rusty) but within a few minutes of getting on the bus to go to the event, we were touching tonsils. That was the situation for the remainder of the night (we were both hammered so didn't really give a fark) but I kinda blew it on the ride back (I kept asking her if she was okay for some reason, still really hammered at this point) and didn't end up sealing the deal. BUT I did get her number (pat on the back maybe? work with me guys).

I began texting her and she invited me to her friend's birthday party the following weekend but I blew it pretty bad there. She took me on a tour of her house and I had her alone in her bedroom for a while where we chitchatted but I didn't make a move (should I have just thrown her on her bed? seems ballsy but that's what I was thinking). Regardless, I knew I farked up and began the difficult task of clean up.

Now we're on winter break and I've done a pretty awesome job (if I do say so myself) at getting things on track. I used race de priest's dirty dream technique (not verbatim, I softened it up a bit but close enough where she still ate it up) and she's been texting me asking about myself since. I know what you guys are saying "don't be an open book, play it cool" but I got the texting sh1t on LOCK guys so don't you worry.

Now for my real question. It will be a couple of weeks till I see this girl because she lives up north, so I'll have plenty of time to get the sexual attractiveness and flirting up but when I do see her how can I pull this off. I really don't want things to go like last time.

well it does sound you have your stuff on lock. but like many people (myself included in college). this is a time for fun. its meant to make mistakes, live and learn. many girls is college start to let loose and really find out who they are so thats playing in your favor. but ok well since your not going to see her for a while you need to do prep so when it does come time to hang out you will have it on lock and will have an easy chance to wax that.

like with anything good, you need to have fun. so since you have her number and want to do prep work. start texting her and always make it fun. you need to keep the attraction going for a couple weeks. dont make it boring for her or she will move on. next you need to escalate. a good way i found to do this is make things sexual to then have it turn around on her that it really isnt too bad. picture messages does good. there have been times that i will make a conversation about being drunk and finding that i tried to take hot pictures to send to her last night. if played right she will ask for them. then when it comes to it just send a picture of you smiling with beers. then slowly escalate this picture type of thing a couple times. soon she will feel comfortable with picture messaging and you can work your magic to get her to send you pictures (great Escalation). then just keep running with the ball, Escalating her and having fun. then when you hang out wax that!

Thanks for the advice man I appreciate it! I am not sure about the pic sending for now cause I don't want to come off as a creep and frankly it's not part of my game but maybe in the future.
UPDATE THOUGH
So didn't text her all day and then I get this text saying:
Her: Fun Fact: I think I just drove through your town! On my way to San Diego
Me: Should have stopped by!
Her: Hmmmm well I am driving back up on Sunday
Me: Awesome! Well thats a long drive. You should take a little break and we'll do something fun
Her: That's a brilliant idea! I like your thinking. Sunday fun day it is haha
etc...

So we made plans for this Sunday. Haven't decided what we'll do yet. She's only stopping by for a bit I believe and I really don't see it being possible to make a move at my parents house haha.

So two questions...
1) So any ideas for what should I do with her when we hang out? I was thinking about taking her to my favorite food place where I'll probably see some people I know.
2) How do I escalate the attraction when most likely it'll have to be chit chat?
