I see nothing but girls looking for long term commitment

Alright so the title is a little long but hes the gist of what i want to ask for. First i have no problems getting girls. You name it, I've had it, it was a very long road to get to this point and thanks to alot of help from various gurus and people on the forum I'm here. What I have noticed alot of frequently is that the girls I've been talking to recently all want me to be in a relationship with them before sex. My main problem with this is right now the only type of girl I can accomdate in my life is the One Night Stand and ones that are just in it for the benefits. I would love to have another great relationship like my previous girlfriend I had for an entire year but time doesnt permit. So what are some things that girls interested in this type of thing display from your experiences? What flags say low maintenance girl?

90% of girls i date are very cool with just dating at first, here's a link to how I approach them and it never fails. (Im 26 and I date girls in their 20s and 30s, many of whom talk about LTR, some have kids, but still accept if you're cool)

How to remain non-exclusive

Thanks Baron, I'm 20 and still in junior year of college. And the bar scene opens up more to me in about 3 months so kind excited about that. I'll give your script a try, it looks very promising, but my assumption is that the girls at my school are fairly conservative.

Also another question. What if they want me to be in a relationship with them before I have sex with them? Is this because I havent built up enough Sexual Tension or enough rapport?

Guessing it's girls with some perceived set of values and expectations, doesn't mean you can't break them down with the right approach

Just say you really like them but you're not sure, a relationship is a big deal and you want to be very sure that everything is good before you commit

Hmm I think the set of values thing is big. That line sounds pretty useful I read the article too. When I said sex I mean pretty much anything having to do with getting intimate other than making out. Perhaps I'm trying to escalate too quick for the girls I'm gaming.
