Need help with coversation and building rapport?

Hi,
Im great at attracting girls but ive poor conversational skills. I am playful with girls and tease them a lot so attraction is easy.
But when it comes to having conversation its hard for me to lead it and make it interesting.whenever I try to have conversation I ran out of words and Freeze Out. So how can I improve my conversation skills to connect and build trust?
