Cutie Giving "The Cold Shoulder"

I've met a cutie through one of my classes in University. She found me on twitter, started talking, and shortly after I got her number. We started texting and I was negging her, giving her short responses and she would text me back paragraphs so i tried to establish more Common Ground between us when the topic Snowboarding came up.

She said how she loves skiing but would love to learn snowboarding.
I responded by saying "well it just so happens I'm kinda the best snowboarding teacher"

Since then, she hasn't been responding to my texts or when she does has been giving me the "Cold Shoulder". We just started talking within the past 2 weeks so I don't know if I should continue to text her or if that would make me creepy. Tips? Suggestions? Chirps?

If you see each other regularly in class, then make sure she sees you hanging out with other peeps, girls and boys, and see you having a goodtime......she'll come bk!!! but dont keep txting if she dont reply, i give girls one chance, but if they play the cold shoulder, let her thaw herself out

I'm reasonably new to the whole PUA thing, but I have never really had problems with girls.
I think you may have left a second part out of your response. Something that prompts her to qualify herself. Like; "If you're nice enough enough I may just be persuaded to spend the time to teach you a couple of things."
Enough from captain hindsight though. I'd hit her up in person, it's too easy to ignore a text if you hadn't yet built strong attraction. Just my 5c.

Loving the tips boys. Texted her today, here's how it went:

ME: Just saw your identical twin on campus!
HB8: She must've been a looker
ME: haha i know, what are the chances of there being more than one midget at this school?! (She's kind of Short)

Then BOOM! She starts answering the questions to texts she ignored 2-3 days ago, sending me paragraphs, joking around, etc. I think I'm back in with this one (for now).

Appreciate the input, next brew is on me.
