Default Need some help with re-frame

So I've been hanging out with this girl for a few months and she gets pretty depressed sometimes. She also has a kid which can make it difficult to escalate. For instance tonight I went over to her place and the place was a mess for one and she was having one of those depressed nights which are becoming more frequent.

So I could really use some advice on how to re-frame the situation into a happier, sexier tone. I also could use some advice on re-framing my self because before I meet up with her I'm pretty outgoing and talkitive but when I get in her atmosphere I worry too much about what to say and I'm constantly thinking about body language instead of letting these things flow naturally. All in all I need tips on how to convey a stronger (happier, sexier) frame and maintain it.

    Thanks in advance fellas!

Music usually helps me out in both ways if my energy is down or hers.

Girls who are frequently down & depressed are definitely challenging.
I tried dating a couple of them with that same sort of issue and eventually realized, all it did was bring ME down too.

There's not much you can do to make it happier or sexier... at least not until SHE recognizes the problem & wants to get better.

That generally involves counseling & oftentimes medication...

But girls who actually put in the effort to overcome depression & strive to improve, can be very thankful & appreciative to the guys who help them through the recovery process.

Just know ahead of time that it's not a quick & easy road to travel; but the rewards can be potentially limitless.

So make sure you're truly up to the task, if you decide to take it on.

I think would deffinitley be worth it, she's a HB9 so i want to get through to her somehow.

I'll just have to work on confidence and making sure my frame is strong enough. It says in The Game that people gravitate toward others who radiate positivity so I'm going to try that route.

I'll keep you guys posted and if you have any specific tips or ideas I'd sure appreciate them!!

    Thanks for reading!

    Right on man!

Guys who have the patience to take on a project like that & genuinely want to help people in that way, are absolute saints!

And it's true, people DO gravitate towards other confident, positive people.

Good luck my friend! & definitely keep us posted as it all progresses.
