Default Overt Hypnosis why would it fail?

ADMIT IT You've all thought it .
Put someone in trance overtly and slide in a pua routine. Should work right? If not WHY not?
I'm curious if anyone has done it and if so what were the results.?
I suspect it wont work. If it did the entire seduction community wouldn't need to exist. However why would someone overtly hypnotized be less responsive than someone covertly hypnotized. If your clucking like a chicken its not a question of trance or report so why the failure.
My presupposition is that it fails. Evidence for that failure is that you don't here of many court cases where someone gets sued. Svengali was a fictional character. Most reports are from the 1800's . So how is it that pua ,NLP is more successful? Or is this just a numbers game. Even a stopped clock gets it right sometimes. Perhaps the focus on inner game ( not nlp and routines like it used to be) is a tacit admission that nlp and hypnosis doesn't work?

The likely truth is that NLP and routines convey confidence and so they produce results. It's a sort of placebo effect.

By doing it overtly their subconscious knows and will in a sense warn them causing unwanted results or them wakening from the trance.

NLP they are not aware they are being hypnotized so the subconscious mind is not alerted and if done correctly you WILL get the results you wanted.

Overly hypnotizing someone takes a lot of assurance that nothing bad will happen along with suggestions of the same nature. Because if these assurances aren't there people will not agree to it. These warn a person subconscious which is why a hypnotist can get people to respond to what they say or do but still cannot control what the person does. Its still you thinking you're just much more relaxed and open to suggestion, so if a person knows they're hypnotized and you suggest things you don't agree with you will likely wake up.

May be a bit confusing it got deleted the first time I wrote it.
In life you get what you put into it.

Let me wade in here troops.

Yes of course overt hypnosis would work, it's a good dhv. How ever I'd suggest that it would be difficult to get the frame right to manage to make it seem like something she would want to do.

All the NLP stuff is just another way of bypassing the critical faculty of the unconscious mind. It is not really trance work. The reason that the NLP stuff works is that it's very carefully scripted language.

To e original poster, notice your language in just this short piece, you already don't think it will work and with a mind set like that you are correct!

I have had people go into trance just by telling them to and waiting for it, with enough congruence and with the correct levels of rapport you can achieve these things!

The seduction community exists because number one I'm guessing it's quite hard to become a good hypnotist, but Iv never tried so I'm not sure this brings me to my second point, it doesn't seem very moral to hypnotise someone into sleeping with you, at least with NLP you are causing them to feel attraction towards you but I don't like that much either. The seduction community exists because men want women to like them for who they are and the seduction community teaches you to be the best man you can be.

In my understanding Hypnosis requires the subjects undivided attention. Rarely are you going to get that in an everyday environment. People simply don't have that kind of attention span these days. On top of that, you need the subjects permission to perform overt hypnosis, or else you're getting into some troublesome legal mumbo-jumbo. No girl is going to let a stranger hypnotize her.

In my opinion, NLP is outdated. The only reason it's still being talked about it because of The Game. On top of that, it's not even hypnosis, at least not in the popular sense. In my understanding it focuses on the psychological concepts of anchoring, mirroring, and the foot-in-the-door technique. All are proven psychological techniques that on their own can be used successfully. I think that's where most of NLPs "success" comes from. But the way they try to stich these together, on top of the overcomplicated rules, observations, and made-up techniques and theories combine to make this nothing more than disproven pseudoscience. There have been plenty of scientific, peer reviewed studies that poke more holes in this crappy technique than an unlucky henchman in one of the Rambo movies. The biggest evidence to disprove it is the fact that nobody uses it anymore. Pick Up has moved on for a reason.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming “WOW...What a Ride!”
