Not 100% sure about how your game plan is going, but here is some advice.
As Mystery would put it, you're going into fools mate. You may be going in to much with the kissing and making out, but you're not pulling back enough. Try this:

Your kissing for 30 seconds, no tongue. Pull away and say "We should slow down" then go into building Comfort with a story.

Ultimately you want to make her chase you, seem as if you want more than just kissing, you want to be comfortable with her.

MAKE SURE to keep this in mind. Women are hardwired by society to have an ASD - Anti-Slut Defence. If they go to far past their normal boundaries, they will feel like sluts if they continued to see you after that night because they know that all you want is sex.

It really depends. The JQK3R has a point, but in my oppinion only with some girls. Almost all indeed have the ASD, but more often than not, after making out with the girl saying something as simple as "let's go somewhere more private" and then leading her into whichever room, will get you the required results. After entering the room, you look at her as if she is the most beautiful thing you've seen, you turn the foreplay up, and slowly start undressing her. Do that, you'll surely get some pussy that night.
