So over the past couple weeks I've been a busy bee. I took a small chunk out of my already ridiculously small savings account to make a few...investments. Nothing too big:
Memory card for my camera
...okay, so the laptop hurt my wallet.
Point being I plan on going what the Lyons couple call "independent." Honestly this entire process is me jumping into the deep end not knowing how to swim (not because I don't know enough about PU; I just don't know much about business and some aspects of interactive digital communication.) But I'm up for the challenge. I refuse limiting belief. Here's what I hope to accomplish:
An ebook. I'm slowly finding out just how painstaking the process is of writing your own book. Yes, I've been writing. No, it's not going to be done in the next week. I have to give credit where credit is due and copyrights blow. I also hope to spend this year taking The Inception Method to the max, fine tuning every step in the model until it's damn near flawless. Yeah, that'd be a book, Lol.
My own site, obviously. Depending on how much traffic I get I'll either upgrade to my own domain or just keep it as a blog. Once it's all sexy and fresh I'll add it to my signiture. Oh, and you can bet I'll be promoting The Forums on it.
Video. Hell yeah, I'm excited for this. Consequently I'll have to make my own youtube channel. My blog section of free content will be a hybrid of vblogging and regular text, seeing as I am an English major.
Did I mention free? Yeah, so long as I can keep up with the traffic it'll all be free (minus the books.) I'm not entirely sure yet what I am going to offer, but until I can't keep up: free, free, free.
So a big thanks to all you guys who have kept me going, especially to Bill for giving us such a great place to grow.
Oh, and I'm going to need topics to cover for my videos. If you have something you'd like me to touch on let me know.
