Default Makeup for guys - useful, or is it 1 step beyond metro to gay

    Question for the image conscious,

Any of you guys invest in makeup, i.e guyliner or 'manscara'..if you do, does it work/help...what do you use?

I know the flamboyant PUAs wouldn't think twice...for any converts or otherwise let me know your thoughts!

i don't recomend it unless your using it to peeckock (i have had success wearing facepaint to football games as peackocking gear)
as for eyeliner and makeup, it just hides what your face really looks like, and when they see you without it it will be a turn off, vs never using it and being seen as normal, also the girl may see you as homosexual unless you are really confident wearing eyeliner.
just my opinion (you are intitled to your own)

I never use any kind of make-up. I'm a man, bro, not a woman. Sure, some guys use it to Peacock but I feel it really is kinda strange for a man to wear eyeliner.

I never use it either, but my old wing Tropics used to wear eye liner, real subtle but it sure made his eyes intense. Worked great for him

I wear girls jewelry, rings, necklaces, etc and I wear em like a champ. nothing wrong with the eyeliner if you got the stones to pull it off

    Thanks for the replies.

If your skin is chalk white..can't go wrong with a tinted moisturiser and if you want to highlight your eyes, guyliner/mascara might be the answer.

Women are the masters of illusion with make up. You go to bed with her looking like a 8 or 9 and wake up beside her and shes really a 6...and I'm not talking about beer goggles from the night before.

Girls play that game..I suppose we could learn a thing or to.

You said something that would conflict: Image conscious.

Whether or not it works becomes no longer applicable, because regardless of the fact, being image conscious will render you incapable of pulling it off. It questions your masculinity, so to make it happen effectively you would have to be dead set in it, eliciting virtually zero insecurities (of which we all have some).

Also, some women wouldn't care how set you were in your manhood. They'd just think it's weird. I've had the same conversation with women on mani's and pedi's and they think even THAT'S weird. Keep in mind, Midwest. Farms. Dirt under our fingernails, mud on our boots.

    I third Virgil.

So we actually have a disagreement among the veterans here!

I understand your points 100%, but I think it comes straight down to stones

Yea, some girls will be like, are you seriously wearing mascara? Your response is what makes you a pansy or a bad ass. Like how style talks about turning it around on them, give them shit about traditional roles

I get smack for girls rings all the time, tho those are easier to say I stole em, but even so sometimes I'm like I know don't I look pretty? (all girly like), and it works like nothing

They give you crap as a test, if you own it you'll pass and show you're the most alpha out there
