    Default Aight Everyone, LISTEN UP!

I'm getting really tired of seeing posts with 50 or 100 or more views and literally ZERO replies. I know people are reading these because the counter says so. Many of these posts are asking very elementary questions for anyone who's been in the game for any length of time at all and yet no one answers. Look, the only way this community can grow and the only way YOU can grow is to be open to things. That means open to new members and open to pushing yourself. You know how you push yourself? Finding someone to compete against and for that to happen, we need members joining on here, having a good experience and STAYING HERE. It's the only way every one of us can get better at this PUA thing and this board as a whole will benefit. At the end of the day, everyone should be pulling their weight. Shit, it's even OK to say "I think this but a better person to ask would be..." I know someone started a thread on here a while back about how a lot of shitty advice was being given and they're right but the flip side is that saying only the Superstars or whatever should reply to questions not only burdens them, it keeps all of us from growing. THE ONLY WAY you can improve quickly is to learn to think critically for yourself about these things. It's OK to be wrong, just don't pretend to be an authority. Say "I mulled it over for a while and this is what I think but I'm not 100% sure...insert opinion here." Come on guys, this isn't that hard and I wanna see every one of you succeed at this to whatever level you desire, both for my benefit and yours.

rock on I totally agree with you. occasionally at work I get quite a lot of free time to provide feedback and answers, or riffing on what someone else has said but the truth is we're all from different time zones and do have other stuff in our lives to do, not saying PUA Forums isn't one, but it's not a priority over say work (mine is a bit mixed ) , also sarging means time away from the forums as well, it's all about balance

the point system got reset i think, but even so the lvl 100s (eg sauve Kino, metero, rb, tmal and everyone else - all stars too) help newcomers understand to take advice from them which is more credible than a lvl 1 who's name is AFCXYZ lol

    Mixed feelings.

There was a time when I said the same thing, but that was also a time when it WAS realistic to reply to every single thread. Ask any of the vets on here and they'll say the same thing. Virgil and I used to be able to log in once a day to check the new threads. There'd be about ten of them over a 12 hour period, now there's ten every hour.

If there's one thing that really bothers me, it's guys who post a questions without doing research first. Odds are the question has already been answered. Who's the lazy one? Us for not responding? Or them for not taking the time to do their homework? I have no time for lazy people. I am simply being efficient. If you pose a new question, I'll answer, but if it's something that I've obviously answered time and time again, please don't waste my time. The same applies to PMs.
Wondering where I am now? Check out my latest project:

Yeah, I like the post. I think that those of us who feel like we have a basic understanding of what's going on should help those that we think we can. Everything on here is opinion and should be treated as such but posts should be replied to whenever possible.

My point was that you guys shouldn't have to reply to everything or even much of anything if you don't want to. There are more cases than not where literally taking 10 seconds to think about it or just searching it would resolve some of the things people ask. The only way each of us can improve our own game by thinking about and practicing it. I think the only real case where someone would HAVE to ask one of you all would be something fairly technical or if it's something to do with writing new material. Then it makes sense. Otherwise, it's not a must although I'm sure some people on here want every answer spoonfed to them but most of those guys aren't really cut out for this anyway.
