    ive kinda been doing this too, it's been on and off for me I'm havent really been making it a goal of mine. Day eleven now and for some odd reason its getting really hard for me to actually even get turned on.

    You're going through what's called a flatline phase my friend.

    This is normal. It’s a typical phase of recovery in men who have porn-related erectile dysfunction, delayed ejaculation or just plain porn addiction. Lees stimulation results in fewer impulses traveling down the spinal cord to reach the the penis.Although all addictions share the same fundamental brain changes, it's clear that Internet Porn addiction can affect brain circuits governing sexuality, as witnessed by the many reports of morphing sexual tastes, loss of libido, and sexual dysfunctions. My hypothesis is that deeper brain structures governing male sexual behavior and erections (the hypothalamus) are altered by long standing porn addiction.
    Whatever the cause, it's a sign that porn use has changed your brain circuits. This is clear as abstinence in otherwise healthy young men is not associated with a severe drop in libido (see Seinfeld).
    The good news is that it will pass, and your libido will come roaring back. Everyone's recovery is a bit different, though, and it is not necessarily linear. Even after you start to notice signs of life, it's quite normal to see them followed by phases of sleepy-libido before you are completely back to normal. A few men with longer reboots experience a return of libido for a few weeks, followed by a few weeks of flat-lining libido.
    The bad news is that this unnerving “flatline” phase can last six weeks. (Or, in rare cases even longer.) However, we know of no one whose sexual performance issues are related to heavy porn use, who hasn’t ultimately improved—provided that he avoids intense sexual stimulation (ideally PMO and sexual fantasy) while allowing his brain to return to normal sensitivity.     Day 14- 8:@7pm
    Woke up this morning at around 6:30am with an insatiable desire to jerk off/have sex. I was having fantasies of girls that I wanted to sleep with back at University, no porn images in my mind which is good. I never got so far as to become addicted to porn which is good. My libido is getting stronger and I woke up again later on at around 10am with morning wood which I haven't had in what seems like months.....progress. The end of this day marks the 2 week mark of no porn, masturbation, or orgasm (PMO), and it's a milestone. The urges I'm feeling lately come in short but very intense waves. 26 more days and my initial challenge will be complete. Over the last few days I've become more and more level-headed and logical in that I think everything through, I always think before I speak(blurt anything out), and my listening skill have been impeccable. I'm able to hold lengthy conversations with people I don't even know well, and really pick up on conversation hooks. I've never had a problem with being social and keeping conversations with women going and turning them sexual, but it feels like I'm on my A-game 24/7. The feeling is phenomenal, and even my friends have been wondering why I seem different.

    Doing something similar. I'm on day 8 I think. I feel great, though. It's strange. I feel more focused and asexual, if that's what it's called. Focusing a ton on inner game. Reading how to become a alpha male by John Alexander for a second time and 4 elements of game by rob judge for a second time. I'm feeling rather great after reading them the first time. Reading through a second time to better absorb the material should be beneficial.

    Day 16-3:35am

    Sigh, it was only a matter of time. I just woke up to my first wet dream since starting this challenge, and I feel extremely guilty as if I had jerked off. This blows (pun intended) and I feel as if some of my stored-up energy has been sapped from me. All I remember from the dream was heavily making out with a short blonde girl I've been wanting to have sex with for a while, no intercourse, no nothing. Weird. Anyways, it's all part of the process if I want to really stop jerking off for good. Till next time.

    I took an Asian philosophy course in my freshman year of college, and have been hooked on the ideas of Eastern Philosophy ever since, including meditation. There are endless methods of meditation all with different purposes, if you're interested, do some research, the entire internet is at your disposal!

    And it's nice to see I have a few people following my journey. I don't consider it stalking at all haha, don't worry about it.

    Anyways....

    Day 17- 1:17pm

    Got back from the gym and showered. Feeling AMAZING. I was temporarily in the dumps because of the wet dream the night before last, but it's part of the process. I felt like a BEAST in the gym today and I can feel my vitality as well as my sexual aura returning. Not suppressing these sexual urges but putting a harness on that beast and riding it to whatever goal I want is what's slowly starting to happen to me.

    Whatsup f@#$ers?

    Just got diagnosed today with a strained lombar meaning an unhealthy amount of time sitting at the casa for the next 1-2 weeks with no gym unfortunately. Just going to be that much harder to keep up no fap, but I'm just about half-way through with the challenge. I've almost regained all of my momentum pre-wet dream and am feeling Beastly (except for the minor injury). The temptation is always there, lingering in my body, as if it's waiting for the right time to strike and take me out, but I won't lose. 21 days left of this challenge, and afterwards I'll keep posting in this thread for as long as I can keep my streak alive of no porn + no masturbation which will be Indefinitely.

    Good stuff man, I'm in the same boat as you trying to work out inner game over the break. Currently I'm on day 12 of no masturbation. I had a wet dream about day five, but I also drank a giant bottle of Gatorade before I went to sleep that night so that could be a factor. Didnt get my first real craving to do the deed until the other day.I feel awesome mojo is just through the roof, now its just planning out how to attack next semester.

    I gotta say, I'm thoroughly impressed. It would take me a ton of effort to go that long. You've inspired me though to take on a version of the challenge. I'm not saying not to sex and orgasms entirely, but I'm going to stop fapping. Even with having regular sex I do it a few times a week which is way too much, lost time I could be spending doing something productive.
