Ok, so a couple months ago I wasn't sure how to get rid of AFC thoughts, but now I've learned Direct Game (somewhat lol) and I rarely ever look at myself being low value or have any of the thoughts that I used to.
Indirect game keeps you in your head a lot, whereas direct game frees you from those thoughts. If you suffer from a lot of negative thoughts, like me, do what I do, get farking happy. When you're happy you don't see all that negativity. This is called being in state. Some people don't say it's a form of happiness, but to me it is.
From what I've seen there are three types of direct game;
Friendly & Cool
Physical and dominant
I prefer the last one, but I'm learning how to be friendly & cool right now. (My wing doesn't care much for Tyler Durden game lol.) If anyone has suggestions on who to watch to help get both cocky funny and friendly & cool game down, it would be appreciated. Thanks for reading!
