Default Does anyone else here wear glasses?

I used to feel self conscious about this. I never got the hang of contacts and at some point just decided I'm going to stick with my glasses and not turn back and not give a crap what society in general thinks about it. However, very few PUA's (I can think of one notable exception)seem to wear glasses. I think the general consensus among people(younger people anyway)is that they make you look dorky or nerdy.

So how do you deal with it and do you feel wearing glasses hurts your game. Mine are narrow so they are nice looking. I supposes it's better if they are stylish but there's probably always going to be those who look down on glasses no matter what they(the glasses) look like.

Style from the game, I believe wore glasses in his early stages. He had many successes with them. Its all about owning your look. You have the right attitude about not caring about society. Be shameless for how you dress. However, I think glasses have a few stigma's to them as well. Im not sure what they are but you can guess. Try some contacts eventually. See how girls respond. Make sure you rock those glasses first. Girls love a smart guy who has massive confidence.

Yeah stigma is what I meant by people thinking they look "nerdy" or "dorky." However, I think the older and hopefully more mature people become the less they judge you by something as trivial as glasses. Dressing sloppily or something like that I can understand. But wearing glasses? I think most people who are over 30 or 35 or whatever won't care so much if someone wears glasses(even women)but I'm sure there are certain snobby women who won't give me the time of day because I wear them. I suppose one way around this would to only approach women who wore glasses but it seems that only a small percentage do(most seem to wear contacts).

However, I don't think I ever had a woman come right out and say she didn't like my glasses or thought they made me look "nerdy" or whatever.

I actually did try contacts at one point a long time ago and just couldn't get them in my eyes. I kept blinking and was resistant(possibly psychologically). I might try again at some point just for the heck of it but I guess I figure if a woman is that shallow where the glasses bother her or prevent her from thinking of me as attractive then I don't want her anyway.

Those women don't deserve you anyway. Assume you look good in them. Females will pick up on your self security and they will find reasons why they like them.

I wear glasses and I do just fine. Besides, they come off when things get interesting

Nothing is a problem unless you let it become one. Wear 'em proudly, my four-eyed brother!
