Hey guys!! I'm tired, I'm feeling groggy but this post must exist
If you have been like me. You've probably been going threw the boom and bust cycle of getting shit done. For a month maybe 2, you been going to the gym, eating right, going out every night, reading and meditating. You were doing good and then the exhaustion hits you and you collapse defeated. You wait a couple weeks and then you do it again. And again. And again.
It seems impossible, can't be done. But thomas edison could. Einstein could. Arnold Swarzenneger(definit ely spelled wrong, I'll butt fuck anyone who turns grammar nazi). And they're no different from you or me. So its not that its impossible, but the way we are going about it is impractical.
Here's what I've discovered. Over the past 3 months I've been focusing on 1 habbit i want every 2 weeks and then just maintaining it. You can't do every thing at once. You have to use the power of habbit. Take down 1 to 2 habbits at a time and over a course of time you will be soaring above everyone else.
