When you get more toned, try wearing just a tight(ish) fitting black crew neck t-shirt and some nice jeans (diesel)... I've found that to be just as effective sometimes as the nicest button down shirt.

Don't be afraid to wear pink. Some girls think that's hot, and it can provide you with your opener.

    Hey Crob,

Outfits are good - but I would say be careful not to fall into the trap of trying too hard!?

Over the last few years there have been tons of retail outlets selling t-shirts with really gash slogans, the whole idea is to get a reaction from women, make them talk to you etc - subliminal peacocking. The brands were doing this automatically for the wearer without them knowing, although they didn't fully understand the concept.

Everyone was wearing the same thing and no one had any individual style. I would focus on this if I were you. Develop your own style and represent yourself well. Plus having one or two items that stand out and create talking points out of these. You should do well this way.

One of my favourites is my snake skin cowboy boots - they are a bit marmite though, you either love them or hate them!

I second Solomon's pink statement! I am wearing a pink and white shirt in my FB picture, and in all my main pictures on the dating sites I am on. Works good, especially if you have a pink undertone (which is anybody of Irish decent, for one!). I also wear a lot of purple, it stands out. Dark purple is best it appears. Some guy hit me and the body shop painted my car dark metallic purple. Chicks dug the new look, so that is probably what got me started on purple.

i like what bills saying, its not about the cost is how you wear it. and with button ups usually i try to avoid wearing a shirt with writting underneath, a nice v neck or beater or white t works best in my opinion(obviously depends on the color of the shirt) and always if your wearing a dark shirt keep the pants light in color, and light shirts you want to rock dark pants

Oh, I love a man in pink!

Since it works for us, I guess it can work for you too. Like what Stealth said, have one or two pieces that stand out. If you have certain body parts you want emphasized, direct attention to those (nice butt? tight jeans! nice chest? cool necklace! rough hands? wear a ring or bracelet or watch). But make sure you're comfy with everything you have on. Otherwise, you'd just look contrived.
