There are a lot of times, even after making dramatic changes in my life that boosted my confidence as a person; I still get into situations where I feel insecure and not that confident in confronting social situations, especially with women.
I think the main reason is that I lack the discipline and sufficient self control on my emotions and habits..
I am looking for ways or resources that could train one on discipline and control over his emotions, thoughts and life. I think thats the only way to survive in this world.
Im not sure though how I could train these habits because regardless of what I do, I dont like the idea of emotions controlling you and causing for you setbacks in life..
