    This is true! The other week i went a few days without masturbateing, and i could tell that my interactions with women was better, then next week i did it and i could then tell my interactions with women reduced!

    Today, after 10 out of 14 days, I masturbated.

    Why would you perform such a horrible act, right before you are there, you might ask?

    Well sirs, that's because I felt like the challenge was backfiring. My mood worsened, and I argued more with girls, trying to convince them of my opinion, etc. So I decided to quit the challenge.

    I don't feel like I talked to more women, or in a better way. In fact, the change in my mood caused me to talk to less women and lowered the quality of my conversational skills.

    I feel like masturbation, when you don't have sex on a regular base, relieves you of Tension, thus making you more relaxed, more confident, less caring. Basically, it makes you more alpha.

    I must say, the challenge wasn't nearly as difficult as I had expected. Although feeling somewhat horny the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th days, the feeling 'regulated' and I never really felt horny again. Doing sports multiple times a week helped me there, though.

    So this challenge is not for me. It was a fun experiment, but I'll just stick (no pun intended) to my old ways.

    @ VirgJans : This is precisely what I meant in my post above on the previous page. NOT getting off will cause you to be frustrated, impatient and desperate. While theoretically your hormones go up, they can also go too high.

    @ The Red Baron : I've had way more success when masturbating than when not. Actually, my most glorious pick-up moments came when I masturbated just 5 min prior of leaving the house to go out.

    I will say I'm surprised but kudos for the Good effort and honest feedback!

    I find without a doubt when I start doing it again it kills my game. After stopping for a few weeks the addiction of wanting to take care of yourself fades, so please more reports from others

    Can't argue with what works for you 10 days is a decent stretch. Good work

    Guys, it all depends on you. The idea of the no-fap challenge is to provide a scientific and factual solution to motivation if you find you have none. For those beginning out, this will help tremendously. For those experienced, i'm sure it won't matter as much.

    So some people will find it better without and some will find it harder. If you tried this challenge and found it didn't work out for you then awesome! And if it worked the first few days and went downhill after that, then keep repeating those first few days.

    I know this is true! a few weeks before summer i was that busy i didn't have time to do "anything" and ended up getting off with more girls than i used to!

    Anywho because last time i did it without realising, this time I'm going to really put it to the test, i started the challenge yesterday and am aiming for a solid 2 weeks.

    Guys just so you understand, it is proven that 7 days is best for the no fap challenge. If you want to go for 2 weeks then fair play but it is 1 week longer than the recommended time x

    Its all about figuring out your hormones and how they effect you. If you fap too much your wasting precious testosterone and building up a tolerance. Honestly if you want to take full advantage of your hormones fap in the morning before you start your day. It follows your normal rhythm of hormones and gives you a boost. Hence why you have morning wood. Then the next day dont fap. Gives your body a day to recuperate. Basically this tricks your body into putting a little more testosterone into you without the need to fap. Why not do it all the time? Well in order for you to take advantage of the hormone high your body has a tolerance to the amount of hormones running through it. If you continuously fap your body is going to need more and more for you to take advantage of the alpha feeling. You should listen to me I'm premed :P (jk felt like the Animal House reference was necessary). Btw I have tested this, it totally works, atleast for me.
