The No-Fap Challenge

The No-Fab challenge requires you to not masturbate for 7 days. Now I could list everything that is read here, but it would take me a long time. The key principles are, that if you do not masturbate for 7 days, your testosterone levels will sky-rocket and your natural instinct to Talk To Women will increase phenomenally.

Really 7 days damn that's going to be tough

We had a brief discussion of this this weekend playing truth or dare / catchphrase with some chicks

I know it sucks but I am a firm believer in hands off yourself especially for 2 days before gaming. And since you should always be on your game, hands off

It definitively does reduce your sex drive, which reduces your performance

Real life experience here:

I used to do daily when I was a pathetic little kid with low self esteem. This resulted in me getting F's for my exams due to being so tired and "empty".

I limit myself to once a week now, and guess what, I'm getting A's now, plus I can use my sexual drive to do something productive, like practicing a sport called "Tricking" which I do.

I'm doing the challenge! Porn can ruin a relationship guys, whether you realize it or not. You put the fantasy above the reality when masturbation and porn are involved. Put away childish things, quit jerking off. And, find something that interests you, a hobby, activity (besides PUA!), that you really enjoy doing. Then you will have something interesting to talk about when you run out of canned material.

I would be careful with taking this type of challenge, because it actually might work against you. You can quite easily get on the other side of the tracks and well up so much with the desire to "get off" that you can appear desperate in your approach.

I know it sounds that way but that's just absolutely not the case

It motivates you and helps you a lot. When you get in the field there is no desperation at all somehow it actually lowers it because you aren't going home to your hand

I'm going to try this challenge, to see if it works. I'll immediately admit that it'll be VERY difficult for me, as I 'visit my hand' daily.

I'll quit wanking for two weeks. There, I said it. Keep me to it. I haven't done so yesterday, so I'll quit until friday the 18th.

Wish me luck. I'll post the results after I either succeed or break.
