You can modify the challenge. If you see a hot chick on the street, on the train or bus, in the stores, you talk to her and hold a light conversation with her. The more you do this, the easier it becomes and you'll be more comfortable around hot women. The moment before you approach is the scariest. Get over this and you'll have less fear approaching women

I do believe the challenge is good in it's own way. It can really stretch your boundaries and get the fear out of you. Saying that however, it can also crush you if things don't go completely right. Just like anything in life, I believe a good balance is essential. Like Confidencemagnet stated, it is good to just talk to women.

I recommend pandora's box as the system to use. Ever since I have opened that box, women have suddenly began easier and easier to talk to. Everyday a new thing #clicks# into place because of reading this system. And actually talking to women is the best way to get good with them. And then applying the tricks, gimmicks, openers, threads.etc at the same time and finding which one clicks and which one gets swept up by the gimmick bin.

p.s. Prescriptions, that is a good post

Who-ever is up for it, post! We'll share tips and experiences. I will label my posts with a green arrow to let you know it's a "field report".

Thanks Finchy. I agree with you about it helping stretch your boundaries. Not only that, but they're fun exercises, and I've found that being they're set up in small goals, the aa for each mission is easy to overcome with basic logic...for example, 1st day, talk to 5 strangers, at first the thought might be daunting, but if you stop and think about it...we do small talk all the time, what's so wrong with doing it with "a purpose". I gotta admit putting "a purpose" on it raises the stakes and makes me a bit nervous (since you have a quota of interactions to meet), but the missions build up on each other so that you're only moving slightly outside your Comfort zone each time. Pretty soon giving a compliment to a random woman is not so hard...Pretty cool.

I also see myself doing more of the early missions each day even though the challenge doesn't say I have to. For example, I do more small talk w/ strangers. I'm starting to have more random conversations. I'm definitely seeing the improvement, even though the future missions still look pretty intimidating lol.

Today I'm gonna try and do day 7. I'll post later.

Day 7

I'd say my mission was a success.

The mission was to come up with an original Opener and make 3 approaches with it. Last night I went out and came home at 6 am, woke up 2 hours later, and I was therefore brain-dead and un-creative. Despite this I hit the mall and tried to come up w/ an opener on the way there.

I wasted an hour not getting anywhere, aa kicking in, but there's nothing I hate more than going home after failing. All it took was a change of setting, Sports Authority. I warmed up on a cashier and delivered the opener. To my surprise it got about 3 people immediately got into it trying to respond to my opener.

I was warmed up, next up a couple shopping for treadmills. Delivered and the girl immediately responded w/ her opinion. Her man was obviously intimidated. Not a word from him lol.

Next couple ones were done at the book store, and in each case I got extremely positive results where everyone became very opinionated.

The irony of it all is you start out your day feeling uneasy about your success rate, but people react very positively to someone who's up to spicing up their day w/ a little something.

Next time you feel uneasy about approaching, get over your limiting beliefs, (its an exercise in the challenge), and face your fears.

The moment you say "f-it" and approach, is the best moment ever, and the rush is awesome!

No prob Red Baron. I was trying to protect the secrets of my trade lol, but I simply asked what was sexier on a guy, abs or chest.

I also just finished my Day 8.

The mission was to modify my Opener such that I would have a time constraint and to root the opener. This was meant to make the sets less apprehensive about kicking you out.

Mine could have gone better except I noticed I was more apprehensive myself, so I may have not projected loudly enough and may have stuttered. I know this because I had to repeat myself a few times. I will watch out for next time.

I don't have time do detail on my report but w/e I'll heep you guys updated on progress!

I want to get involved in this, it sounds fun! Can I get hold of the rules of the challenge without buying the book?

It's kinda difficult, he's got a lot of material in there to read that you can incorporate into the challenges, can't just give each days challenge without really posting the whole book
