Default New PUA in the making

    Evening all,

Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I'm an AFC from the UK but really hoping to master the art of pickup. Over the last year I've been reading and watching a lot of info on the internet with regards to PUA and I've just booked to attend a boot camp next weekend in London. Super excited about attending the boot camp but unsure if my expectations of the training is unrealistic. I really want to fix this part of my life and kinda hoping for a life changing experience.

I have so many questions and so much to learn but feeling really excited about the journey.

    Love and peace,

    Andy

Who is running the bootcamp? Is it Kezia Noble's lot?

The bootcamp was booked through PUA training and is taking place in London this weekend. The intro video on the website i booked it through was of Gambler.

That's cool, I'm thinking of booking one of Kezia's in November. I imagine they'll be pretty similar in content as it was Gambler who got her into pick up.

What literature have you read so far?

I've read The Attraction Code by Vin DeCarlo, watched a load of David DeAngelo vids, watched both series of The Pickup artist, bought Amplify The Attraction by Bobby Rio and watched a load of YouTube vids. I've only really been getting into this stuff during the last year, only just touched on putting it into practice but need a kick in the ass to start putting it all into practice properly, which is what I'm hoping to get from the bootcamp.

I'll ensure to let ya know how the bootcamp goes. I intend to give it my all and get as much out of it as possible.

How long have you been into this and do you recommend any material to read/watch?

Well I was working away in Ireland in 2008 and a guy who I was working with it had just read The Game and let me borrow it. It was an exciting time as when I got back home I was moving out and going to uni for the first time, me and 5 pals in a house together just outside of Newcastle, a place we dubbed Project Heaton haha. I think I gamed a bit to hard in the period between august and october though as I ended up getting a girl pregnant :-P Guess you could say the Game really did change my life. So I was with this girl for about three years then we split. This obviously left me devesated as I saw her as being my future my present and my everything, and I'd been out of the game for so long I didn't have a fucking clue where to start, plus the ego destruction of the mother of your child leaving you. I would have considered myself a bit of a natural back in high school, the first year I lost my viriginty I had fucked over 20 girls, but then got into long term relationships which stunted the growth of the notches on the bed post. All of this was meaningless after I split with the ex, I was back to zero essentially, pure AFC. But that was about 6 months ago and I'm back on track, read the game three or four times to get myself back on track, start where it began so to speak. Below are the things that I've read so far which have helped'

The Mystery Method: Pretty much what you learn in the game, but a step by step, scientific approach
Rules of the Game: Neil Strauss' 30 day plan to getting a date
The Noble Art of Seducing Women: Kezia Noble's 15 steps of seduction, I STRONGLY recommend, great piece of work, and from a woman
NLP and Relationships: NLP for relationships, does what it says on the tin
Awaken the Giant Within: Self help book from Antony Robbins, turns you from a sad lonely mess into a confident superstar.
Introducing NLP: Programming your brain and personality to get what you want
What Everybody is Saying: Nice little number on body language by a former FBI agent.
Instant Confidence: Paul Mckenna book and CD. Hypnosis at it's best.

I've got an ass-load more to read through, but those are the ones I've went through so far.

Well I'm glad to hear you're back on track. It's those challenges that life throws at us that push us to grow and better ourselves. I was thinking back the other day about all the big mistakes I made, relationships I had lost etc and wishing I had knowledge of the PUA stuff a long time ago, but when I look back I really do think that I have learnt really important lessons from all of them, that have now made me a better person than if I hadn't been through them.

I see you're into the NLP stuff. I've also been a big fan of NLP and fascinated by it. Have you heard of FasterEFT (Robert Smith)? It's kind of like EFT (the tapping thing Dave McKenna's been seen to use) but applied with the ideas of NLP. It looks silly, but it REALLY works and is incredibly powerful and quick. In no time at all you can remove negative emotions from memories or even present situations. A skill I wish I had many years ago. Check it out on YouTube, but you may need to dig to find the vids that actually explain how to properly apply it but it's all on Rober Smiths channel.

I will check out "The knoble art of seducing women" and the "Awaken the giant within". Anthony Robbins is a legend. I thought I'd hate his stuff when I first heard him but after listening to some of his personal power CDs, the guy is brilliant!
