Just use the 3 second rule and just start approaching sets. Set a goal each day to make 10 approaches.

The Approach Anxiety goes away or gets reduced a fair bit after the first approach each day.

I would start by reframing it. Don't make an interaction bad. Its all just reference experience. Another thing that helps is identifying the things that are holding you back. Are you afraid of people around u judging you. Her judging you or getting your head bashed in by an alpha then drive those thoughts from your head. Getting friends that approach and for which approaching is natural will help. But the best thing u can do is to just push yourself and do it. It will expand ur comfort zone and build character and your overall confidence in yourself and that o
You have the ability in yourself to get good at this.
