Default another noob here...giving it all I got

    hello ppl...
I'm about 30 years old and have dealt with social anxiety my entire life. I discovered PUA a few years ago, but just started sarging last year. I gave up after a while thinking that I was just too introverted and things were never going to get better. now I'm going back in...started working out regularly and I'm feeling better than ever. I was on antidepressants for the last 5 years, but now I no longer need them to function. Changing my diet has done wonders too...apparently it's hard for my body to be anxious if it's getting all the nutrients it needs. Looking forward to overcoming my obstacles with your help and helping some of you through things I've dealt with. I've seen too many people overcome social anxiety to quit now...I know what life is like down that road, now it's time to take a different path. between the bar hopping, dancing lessons, working out, and experimenting with natural anti-anxiety supplements, I hope to overcome my social fears. thanks for reading!

thanks for the reply...so far I've been going to bars on occasion..there's a few I feel comfortable in and can be more outgoing. I'm still working on the basics, like opening groups, introducing myself and remembering names, using touch to build rapport, etc. etc. It's slowly getting easier...a few years ago I couldn't even make myself go into a bar to meet new people.

it's all so exciting...I'm getting out more...putting down the video games and picking up the dumb bells...hitting the yoga mat to work through the anxiety...things are definitely looking up.

Hey man don't sweat it. Start slowly, to beat the introvert in you just go out and talk to people just for the fun of meeting new people, you may learn something or meet someone interesting. Slowly even build relationships and just end up going out more in general and experiencing how social dynamics works, and just get comfortable being out. Have fun with it brother, people in general are very nice if you open them well and give off good vibes. Then you will slowly get better at your game with more social experience and opening women will be much easier.

Have fun sarging and good luck!

Sign me up! Only started reading up on PUA about 3 months ago. I've got a long way and much to learn. I've starting trying things out at work. Got great results boosting my confidence and ego. I'm 26 now and I can't believe I only found the world of PUA just now.
