I am introverted :/

Here is my situation... I hang out with very attractive girls, but I always find out that they think I am introverted and stuff which is actually true...but i wish i was more extroverted. I crack jokes and talk to these girls but i always get the comment that I say the most "random $hit". how do I improve my communication skills or what should i do so that i don't get rejected all the time?

Only way to change that is to actually get out there Talk To Women, men, kids, and a brick wall if no one is around. I use to be the same way. You just have to own who you are and be willing to place your opinions and attitudes on the line.
