Default I am a newbie to PUA and 19 years old

    Hello there,

I'm 19 years old and have been on and off following this stuff for about 3 years now. The problem I've always had was applying the techniques. I understand the idea of confidence, body language, eye contact, etc. But I guess making approaches always seemed too much for me. I wanna take a step back and start straight from the beginning. What route would you guys suggest I take?

    Cheers

something i heard that sounded like a great idea was to approach 100 women in a single day. Don't expect any results. Just do it to get over the Approach Anxiety.
