Default Re: Could somebody explain the points and level system?

    Mickey -
This is only my second day on this site. I am a little confused on this topic as well. I can tell you though, that your reputation on here, and your amount of posts while not help you as a "player." Being more involved in a community will help you develope your game, of course, but posting a bunch of paragraphs to earn a title as a PUA is not how it works, or at least shouldn't be. I think the object of it is to show how active you are in the community and how others view your opinion. I take it it is similar to the original community when Style was voted number one pick up artist. Then Tyler Durden became a talking point in how he might be better than Mystery. Like I said I could be completely wrong, but I think the ranking system is more geared towards letting others no how active you are, and showing you what kind of feedback you get from other users as opposed to you actually earning rank in a PUA community. LOL Can you imagine an AFC comes in here, posts 10000 random posts where he has no clue what he's talking about; yet earns a PUA rank and thinks he can take on every mPUA out there? LMAO...Again I am just throwing out my guesses here, really deep down, I am just as lost as you.

Thanks bro. Don't want you to think I thought that a technical term on the site affected my real skill as a player, just wondering about the scope of purpose for the forum. Thanks again, it helped.
