Glad to meet my new family

Hi my name is Luis, and I really need help from you guys. I'm so afraid of talking to random women, but I won't stop staring at them. I'm not bad looking at all but sometimes I'm insecure of my looks. A lot of my friends are naturals, and they do not know how to give tips(of course, they didn't have to learn anything to be good with women)
I'm reading a lot of material: The game, NLP, double your dates... I'm also watching "The Pick Up Artist" both seasons, I decided to close myself for a while and learn as much material as I can. I'd accept any tip from you guys, I really need help and I'm not afraid to admit it.
