she's showing me all the right signs but its still kinda hazy HELP!!!

I have been talking to this girl for quite a while now. She calls me like three times a week and we talk for hours! Recently she's been really attached and calls me babe and pumkin and all these diffrent names. She also likes when we talk about intimate things and stuff like that. Are these the right indications that she likes me because I like her back but I don't wanna scare or anything. She also says she wants a "white boy" and im hispanic? So idk if that means anything. Can I get some tips or help on what to do to further my relationship with this girl. Thanks.
