Choke up while talking to pretty girls

Hey Guys,

Im just an AFC, new to the game. I have a very unique problem I am trying to overcome.

I am usually a pretty confident person and can chat to girls (who I know and am not interested in) pretty easily. The problem arises once I actually like the girl. I've found out that I choke up if I am talking to a girl who in my mind is the 'target'.

What ends up happening is either
a.) She thinks I'm some weirdo who can't talk to her specifically and she either gets offended or leaves the set.

or

b.) I get so frustrated that I act like a fool infront of everyone

What's worse is that I've noticed the same thing in other aspects of my life as well. I want to build confidence and charisma that I clearly lack.

What should I do to get better??

Here's a tip that help me man, read frogs into princesses something like that. It's an NLP book. Basically what I like to do is before I go to bed, i close my eyes and imagine myself opening to these really hot babes, this usually gives you Comfort and when your in your day game it'll be like how you rehearsed it in your mind gym.
