Hey all (PUAs and Alpha males..) , Underdog/ AFC here.

I've Studied a Lot But I'm Not Getting Better. haha.

So I suppose I'm still at square 0 and I'm eagar to improve.

Perhaps I've been reading too much of the theory dating advice,attraction,in ner confidence etc. and get to the point where i'm paralyzed.

So I gotta get that worked out.

Why do you feel like you're not learning anymore? I'm guessing you do approach. Try studying up as much as you can on a certain subject. Starting with the most important stuff, then working down the ladder. Every time you finish a subject, go out there and practise it. Don't move on to the next subject until you feel like you have a good theoretical and practical understanding of the material. So if you feel like you can move on without endangering your skills in the previously learned, do so. Throwing yourself around from topic to topic is confusing. Focus on one thing at a time.
