Default Online Gaming for Practice

What is everyones thoughts on online gaming as practice for the real life in person game? I have had a good experience slowly getting over Approach Anxiety becuase its much easier to not care about a message on facebook than an actual person speaking to you. But I'm thinking that I'm losing out on a valuable experience with body language and delivery practice although the online thing gives me time to think of repsonses to her like negs and use DHVs. Thoughts guys?

you can manage to work on your Talking skills but theres a lot more to pickup than that.

the words are like 10% or less. your TONE(around 30%) and your body language(60%) are the things that will get you there and those things matter the most. So, in short, you can work your routines but you still have a lot to work on.
