Customize your Opener to her profile. Her info she give is the bait, reel it in by inquiring, then a friendly neg to throw back to start the process again. Avoid girls with very little written, or 1 profile pic, you might be dealing with a fake or Flake.

what if you send that first and only Opener again commenting something about something on her profile (bowling etc). If she doesn't reply back then go with a neg?
Or would it be better to just move on?

It is all a crazy science expierment that you have to take with a grain of salt and expect trial and error. Everything is not a big deal. If you want to try something cool send a girl this and see what the girl says. I got it off this site so I can't claim it but it has worked 1/40 times. The one time it did work turned into a prospective date. Most girls know this message is canned or copied and pasted so do your best to customize it to your profile. You might get some results!

You know, talk, and answer those age old questions, like: "Is she a total basket case in hiding?" "Will I fall asleep sitting next to her when we hang out?" and don't forget... "Is she just a guy with fake pictures, pretending to be a girl?!?!?"
