her: LOOOOOOOOOL. the first thing that came to mind was "stop what?" -___- Yes I speak korean fluently |
This was good. I like your
Opener and that was some good reply investment from her.

me: haha thats my favourite korean word, i know a handful of words/phrases cause i try and get the korean kids to teach me (i work at a daycare) but let me tell you... SUCH a hard language to speak haha. youre gonna have to teach me how to say "i win" :P
her: awww thats really nice and yeah its really hard I must add in. Even I don't know reallllly well. But apparently for someone whose born in Canada, Im pretty amazing :$ |
Too much
rapport building. She's replying to you out of politeness.

me: lol well for someone who has the background, youd most definitely be better at it than the average white man haha. so what sort of trouble did you cause this weekend? or did you save all the trouble for sunday |
You need more attraction material. Reason: you're assuming too much about a woman you've never met. Considerations:
- it would be more fun to assume she's trying to impress you.
- how do you know she can even speak Korean? Or even speak Korean well? How do you know she's even Korean and not just making that up? How do you know she's not some white-washed Korean girl that hates Korean food and raves about hockey.
Tease and challenge her as you find out things about her you like. Stereotype the GENERAL, QUALIFY the specific.

her: LOOOOOOL. hey hey hey... *giggle*haha naw I dont get into trouble anymore Sundays are always my workout days !
me: anymore eh? id love to hear a story haha |
More boring nice-guy talk.
This comes to mind: "That's what the last trouble-making korean girl said to me! I don't know about you... you still haven't told me how to say "I win" in Korean."
