Agree with them all. But also, if you are SO focused on the details, remember basic conditioning. Bad actions MUST be punished every time, and good actions should be rewarded to a certain degree. The more you know here, the more reward you give. Remember to calibrate tight when rewarding and not to punish too harsh/direct/deliberate. Some times, only a 1 sec twisted face, slightly turn away and talk to others after her comment is enough punishment.
About the text thing, I'd reply, short, concise and secure.
My English is probably not completely right and you might need an extra effort to figure out what I actually meant. Also I'm not a pro, but I keep practicing and learning almost every day.
