Guys I have a date later with a girl I met online. We started joking back and forth maybe a couple weeks ago, and sometime last week I had her "migrate" to the cell phone lol. That worked well by the way, after a few good messages I said, 'well hey I don't know about you but it's cumbersome to chat with someone over email, let's migrate this chat to cell phones, send me your number and I'll text you back'
And she sent it.
Anyways we started text game, more inside jokes, I even talked to her on the phone for a couple of 30 minute intervals or so. I didn't want to do that, but I think it actually built a lot of rapport and comfort time, u know like if I can hold a convo, then I'm alright lol.
Skippin to it, we planned a date last nite for today. I have been leading text game convo, and I led the plans for this date as well. The cougar I met online a few weeks ago met me at a bar, then we Bounced for some mini-bowling, but I felt like that date didn't have enough fun/activities rolled into it. I haven't talked to her much since.. but different story.
One of the AFC traits I still carry a little, is planning a freakin date! That's the point of this thread. I hate planning dates lol, I guess I always worry about logistics, wat to do, where to meet, etc.
I'd usually just prefer for the girl to meet me and my friends for a night out, but not always sure about that, depending on how/where u meet.
This girl, as opposed to the cougar I met before, is quite a bit younger. I'm 28, she's 21.
Don't think that I've ever really dated a girl that much younger than me, but it's cool.
I told her we would meet at a restaurant/bar place, then go to a concert nearby.
She lives pretty close to me, so just trying to find something inbetween.
I'm still worrying about the setup, cause I still do, so any tips or advice for a date?
