Take the title with a grain of salt, but I've actually never met this girl. I was walking out of the office about a month ago, a very cute girl who I noticed had parked next to me in the parking lot walked right by me, smiled, and said hi as soon as I was leaving. She walked into where I had just came from, couldn't just wait outside and creep. So I did something I had never done or even thought of doing before and wrote my number on a piece of paper and said "I'm the guy you just walked by in green scrubs, call me sometime". Figured what the hell I got nothing to lose. Well never heard anything back, honestly forgot about it. Last night I get a text that says "Hi. You left a note on my car a few weeks ago". Clearly there was enough interest there for her to text me, but why so long of a delay? Well we had a little small talk, but couldn't seem to get the conversation going anywhere, she seemed so dry with everything she said and only about 20 texts were sent/received over the course of a few hours. Haven't talked to her today at all, conversation just kind of ended last night with no real closer. How should I go about proceeding/what to say to hopefully spark up a decent convo for next time?
