Default Would this be a good morning text to send her?

"Morning! I left my windows open for you last night, but you didn't show up. haha. Jk. Whats up?"

I'm trying to try something new. Before anyone asks, yes, I have read the pinned posts and all that good stuff. I just want to have opinions before I regret sending this. She doesn't seem like the flirty type of girl...but i figured this would be worth a try?

I really like that after a few minor adjustments. Drop the "jk." Jk is beta and it takes all the Tension out of the message.

Instead of using haha, I would use a smiley face or a wink.

I would lose the "Whats up?" completely (especially since I'm a stickler for proper punctuation). So go with:

"Morning! I left my windows open for you last night, but you didn't show up. "

Otherwise, this is an awesome text and I may have to steal it from you. Nicely done.

Not a very good idea to include "jk" or anything like that. Kinda gives off a beta vibe.

You can joke with her, but make it look like a joke in your text without going out of the way to say "just kidding" or something similar. The way i like to put off a joking vibe in my texts is use smileys, and exclamation marks. Because if you're enthusiastic about what you're saying, and give off a joking vibe without having to straight out say you are joking, even in text, it will be more attractive than admitting you were joking. Because saying so kind of says "i'm worried how you will feel about me if i say this, so i'm going to play it safe." Playing it safe is unattractive! remember that.

    Good luck

Honestly, mostly what The Duke said. Saying ''Jk haha, what's up'' is like saying. ''I'm kidding, what are you up to ?''

From what Duke fixed: "Morning! I left my windows open for you last night, but you didn't show up. "

Leaves her to reply with a tease and it brings the conversation to a laugh. Always think flirtishy, don't be scared to consider yourself a player. Because a good players don't leave girls heart broken or mad.

Actually, if you don't think she's the flirty type, you don't want to scare her off. That can happen. Playing it safe is your best bet:

"Morning! I left my windows open for you last night, but you didn't show up! What gives, punk? =p"

Flirty, has the joking vibe, no need to ask her what's up or say you were joking.
Always leave her better than you found her.

Call her out on it - "Not a morning person, are ya? =p"

Don't let it phase you, man. Not every girl is as receptive as you think. Some take a little more effort. Don't stress, don't give up. Keep at it!

Here's one that I used before that had good results.
(But you have to know the girl's sense of humor to make sure she'll take it in it's flirty, funny, light-hearted intended context.)

"Aloha little princess! Your grass skirt & coconut bra had quite an effect on me... Even if it WAS just a dream. "

It comes across as being more playful than creepy.

@Vicodin: I kinda saw what you said, but flipped it. I said "Too early?"

She hasn't responded yet. I only hope she's not ignoring my message after that lol............

We've been talking for months now. I honestly don't think she is the flirty type, however, numerous times, she's invited me to stay over. How weird is that!?

I'm actually gonna try my luck with this one once I get back to the states

Guilty, here's what I recommend for you to read to gain a lot more confidence in your text game - http://www.puaforums.com/how-text-gi...ght=text+guide

You came off as apologetic when you didn't do anything wrong. Never apologize unless you're clearly in the wrong. Her inviting you to stay over isn't an sign of, "Hey, come fark me!" It's probably just showing that she's comfortable with you. Don't get me wrong - this doesn't mean that you don't have a chance. In fact, you should take her up on the offer and try escalating from there. Lots of guides on here regarding how to do that.

You'll get the hang of it, just keep practicing and don't give up!
