Default Going out with a girl who said in advance "I've got a BF"

Would you go out with a girl who said in advance something like "I want you to know though that I have a BF", which to me sounds a lot like saying "we can only be friends".

I said "don't worry, I'm not looking for a GF" but she replied she was relieved for me saying that, such as she understood I only want friendship rather than I only want sex .

Well, there are some signs of interest like she said guys from my place are famous for being good looking and manly (and added "sorry, just can't help not to say that"), but she doesn't stay out late and doesn't drink. So it would be "friendly" afternoon walk in the park, brrr).

Would you go -and would you go if your pal was having a BBQ that same day -?

I personally wouldn't go. If she has a boyfriend and makes this very clear then she doesn't want anything sexual. What's the point of investing time and money on her, especially if your friend is giving a party.

If you really have nothing else to do and want some fun/experience then you might meet up with her.

Bring her to the BBQ. Problem solved.

She does NOT sound like the kind of person who would go back on or cheat on her boyfriend, if that is what you are intending. She doesn't party, and she doesn't drink, which are two flags that say she's locked down tighter than a prison. Heck, I may even go a step further in saying that BF Destroyer will not work on her.

If all you're looking for is friendship from her, then you are more than welcome to do whatever the two of you want. If not, then it would be wise to move on to other women and the bigger scheme of things.
