Default Jealousy: What are the Destroyers?

I have flare ups of jealousy. It's apart of my conditioning- even gaming and doing fine with women, it still flares up. I know it's a negative trait and it doesn't do anything for me. I don't explode or anything, but little pangs that sap my otherwise positive energy. What are some concrete techniques to move beyond this? Note: Please do not respond with uplifting rhetoric about how I'm the prize.

Your jealousy is only excusable if she isn't purposely trying to make you jealous. If you can differentiate between when she is and isn't TRYING to make you jealous it should help your case.

From what i've experienced I notice when girls are trying to make me jealous it will be directly in a conversation...she'l l say something about how she hung out with this guy or talk about her ex, which is a nice little ioi.

I've also noticed when she's not purposely trying to make me jealous its more indirect, and by indirect I mean its more of a situational thing...like she'll be talkin to another dude when i'm around.

Thanks for the insight. Why is it excusable in the one situation and not the other?

It helps a lot if you're confident that you can easily "destroy" the guy

For example, remember that the bf destroyer is not actually limited to bf, you can apply it to any potential "competitor"
Seduction is a martial art. Reading books and talking to experts is important, and helpful. But you won't progress unless you go out there and fight.

    Hi Lancelot

I use to struggle with the same problem and then found this solution.

If for example the girl is talking to another guy and I feel slightly jealous, I would go and talk to another girl and in view of her as well.

    I call this "the reinforcement"

She will quickly and subconsciously learn to treat you the way she wants to be treated. Kind of giving her own medicine.
You will see it works and you will feel better as well. almost like its a antidode. You get the idea.

Another thing is attitude, always know this. If you are gonna date really attractive women you will need to handle this by using the technique above.
Also guys will try and chat her up if they don't know she has a boyfriend or are with you. This is a good thing and assuming you have used reinforcement as per above you should be good. If you have done it right she will be blowing these guys off rather then you having to fend them off.

So think of it as a tit for tat and giving her, her own medicine. If she talk to a guy, go and talk to another girl if you feel jealous. If there is a bit of touching going on, touch the girl you are talking to, if they are flirting, flirt with another girl.

Hope you get the idea, I live by this.

Yeah jealousy is hard but you just need to learn how to take it because it's going to happen in many situations during your life time. There's no such thing as a human who isn't jealous of another or feel that way when a lady talks about another guy( even the MPUA. The only different is that they know how to mask it well but they feel it and react like normal humans do too.)
You lose some you win some, learn from your mistakes and get better!
