    Default Gift for Christmas?

Christmas is just a day from now and yet, I still don't have a gift for the girl that I'm going out with. She is not my gf but I'm planning to go to that stage. I can't seem to think what would be a good gift for her since she has almost everything like from perfumes, bags, etc. Any suggestion guys?

I would buy her a simple little necklace (less than $100) and a massage (or pedicure) gift certificate.

..... or buy her a bracelet(a custom-made). It is cheaper and personalized. You can also give her some gift certificates(salon).

For the girl who has everything, then feel free to give any of the following:
    1) flowers
    2) body pampering package (whether gift certificates or a tray of oils and salt baths)
    3) a good book
    4) a good DVD
    5) lessons (cooking, piano, pottery, massage)
    6) funky, vintage jewelry
    7) a handmade certificate entitling her to a weekend out of town with you

    Merry Christmas!

Anything unique, that's not cheap but definitely not expensive, and it should have a story of where you were when you saw it and thought "OH!! That is so for whats her face!" (<- dont use that EXACT line in the story)

I was out with my girlfriends sister and I was like "G'damn mirriam I want a snickers bar" dude I was jonesing for a something sweet. Anyway, we walked into the "Old City" In Berlin Germany, and we were looking at all of the old fashioned shops, and we found an old fashioned chocolate shop, where they hand make all of the candy, we watched them make a box of pralines by hand, I was dying for one, so I bought it, and then her sister said "That would be perfect for my mom!"...my face dropped, I knew I couldn't eat it, cause this was hers the second I bought it.

We'll see how that story goes tonight...

    Merry Christmas!

Good suggestions Bare_Legs. If I'm going out with a girl who has everything(or seem to have everything), I would definitely think of a gift that is something unique> Gift certificates are good gifts as well as a book.

You want something sappy but could be fun?

Get several small, nice things and wrap them up individually and number them and put them all in a big box. Include a letter instructing her to open accordingly, maybe including some notes or explanation for some of the items.

    Sample:
    1) Lip balm - ("because I don't want your lips getting chapped in this weather"... you can also find a flavor you like, say coffee, and say instead "because I like you tasting like my favorite drink/fruit/scent/whatever")
    2) Loud-colored socks - ("how else will you keep warm?")
    3) classic comic book - ("laugh and the world laughs with you")
    4) glow in the dark stars - ("dare to dream!")

You get the idea. Just make it fun and exciting for her, a little thoughtful but nothing dramatic or earth-shattering. The idea is to be a little unique and creative but not to take her breath away.

And do forgive the postings, I am not in my element right now. Being sick at Christmas sucks big time!

Girl kits and some small things that are useful to her might be a good gift for Christmas. A scarf, a sweater would be good gifts to compliment the weather this season.

A woman like her would want gifts that are unique. Personalized gifts such as bracelets necklace are good gifts. You can also invite her for a dinner in a fine restaurant or some unique restaurant.

Hi guys.. I wanted to greet you a Merry Christmas but I didn't have a time to do. Well.. Merry Christmas!

Just an update on the situation that I wrote two days ago, I bought her this vintage bracelet that costs only for about 45$. It was beautiful and has rare designs. She was really surprised when I gave her that gift. She loved it! Thanks for your suggestions...
