    I also believe that if you lose momentum in picking up girls, you end up losing interest in doing so. Also, discouragement due to failures in picking up women can lead to loss of drive and passion in picking up girls. You should always think the positive end in doing a game (picking up women). Don't get too preoccupied with the pressure and Tension surrounding you.Enjoy it. If you failed, just have a positive outlook.

    Hmm... could you possibly be down about something else in your life bro, and I dunno, unconsciously using pickup to cheer you up or forget, but any success in it seems hollow because it's not really the issue that's bugging you? Am not playing shrink here, it's just that I've been reading up on how depression is a sh!tty motivator in pickup and wondered if that could be what's spoiling the fun for you, what's making you lose your focus. Quarter-life crisis... so it's really not the game that's off, but the player.

    I would like to ask how many times have been turned down when you try to pick up women? Maybe this is one reason why you don't have the motivation anymore. Failures in doing things can lead to disappointment and lack of interest in doing things like picking up women. However, don't let these things bugged you. There are still a lot of instances and chances of success in the future.

    well I usually do not get turned down, or at some point girls come to me (usually teens lol). At nightclubs it's a bit harder because music is loud. Anyway, I think I'll go out tommorrow and have fun.
    I was under pressure from all sides, I guess that's what killed my self-esteem.

    Thats what I was gonna say. If you've been "gettin it" once or twice a day your body wont build self-motivation and you may be releasing too many of your own phermones. Try and cut down to once or twice a week and you'll have more motivation.

    Also work out, a lot! it build testosterone, which chicks can sense/ smell, and will give you more manliness. deeper voice, more phermonse, better "man scent" , no, I don't mean sweat!

    I like to jump rope in the morning "I'm a pretty girl, I'm a pretty girl" ( <--most mens impression of jump-roping dudes..) which is super good for your cardio / heart/artery health and circulation, your breathing, and gives you MAD STAMINA. You think jump roping is for girls? I DARE you to skip rope for 10 minutes and come back and say that!! I usually use the one foot method so it simulated runing and you can go longer than two-footed jumping. 10-15 minutes of this in the morning is like running 1 1/2-2 miles, in the comfort and privacy of your bedroom. Sometimes I'll do a few sets of push ups and leg-ups in the morning but prefere to do those after I've woken up some and had some food in me... too much working out empty make me queezy. And the other two are easy to bust out even at work if you can get away for like 3 mins. I was caught doing push-ups in the walk-in cooler once.. embarrassing, but man that fan feels nice!!

    Leg ups... let me tell you about them: Lay on your back with your head either propped on something or in your clasped-fingered hands, the raise both legs to a 45-degree angle, hold one second, and lower. You've now done the equivelent of a sit-up with stressing or bending your spine. Do them until it's too hard, then do each leg individually which stresses that side of your abs...

    Now you've improved your Biceps, torso, abs, cardio, man smell, deep voice, STAMINA and increased your testosterone, esteem, and appeal to women.

    Hmmm... I think you might well be doing clinical studies on me. This reads like a playbook to my limited PUA experiences, and, for me, my hope was always to improve my inner game. Sure, getting it on with hotties would be great and all, but wouldn't it be nice to just feel good inside?

    I don't think ejaculation can lessen the amount of pheromones in the body... I'll try to check it out. It's true that working out or doing simple exercises can make you feel good. A certain chemical in the body called endorphines are released. These natural chemicals can create a good sense of well being, thus giving you a boost of confidence especially when picking up girls. Working out and exercise doesn't just make you feel good but look good as well. Hence, increasing the probability of getting attraction from girls.
