Also when should you end the first date?
Also when should you end the first date?
All women are the same, but they just want different versions of the same thing.
first off, a first date should be cheap so you shouldn't run out of money. a good date should last 30 minutes- an hour and a half.
always end the date on a positive note, make her wish you stayed longer. (this is the key to getting her to want another date)
One thing I learned - the less distracting the environment, the better off you are. The more you can focus on each other.
As for your question, that is when your wits, charm and social tact will have to come through. What you say, how you say it will depend on the flow of the conversation and the circumstances happening.
Personally, I would not phrase it like that. Why do you have to "think?" Also, it can be misinterpreted as you not having a good time because she did something that turned you off.
You can say something to the extent of "Hey listen, I got an early day tomorrow, but I really enjoyed being with you. Let's get together soon again."
I am saving my money for this specific purpose. It's simple I don't go out. At least for now. Got some money saved now by not going out and in fact working on my wardrobe again after I just got my 1st tatt. Not going out Fall-Spring was the best idea I ever came up with. I will be banking this Summer as we are doing a interview tomorrow to promote me and possibly a supervisor after that.
Good advice from both meteora and I.M.
My go-to first date for a long time was coldstone. You could take a girl there and spend 5 bucks on a medium ice cream you could both share. The tables are small so you sit close together and you can focus on each other. It's perfect because if it's not going the greatest you can end it in 20 minutes. If the date is going great you can sit there for an hour. When I felt like the date should end I would say something along the lines of "Hey I have to go, but I had a great time with you. Lets get together again sometime".
You should always be the one to end it too.
That's it. If you have something like this around you I would highly recommend it. The coldstone closed in my town...I'm still upset about that!
My dates mostly consist of but not otherwise limited to Dinner Movie Theaters (Plays), Comedy Shows, Dinner & a Movie, Holiday Events, Swimming, Zoo Lights, Corn Mazes, Yoga, and concerts and the chicks love this about me. I really don't do cheap dates as they are too cliche and too many flakes.
Haha. Here ya go man, learning lesson for ya. Prepare a little bit more. You wouldn't give a speech without some preparation, why go on a first date without some preparation. You shouldn't be spending much money on that first date anyway, if any. You don't know where it's going, if she's coming back around, fark her, just get to know her a little and see if she's worth spending any more time, or in that case any money, on.
first dates don't need to be expensive ones, did you ever think you are over-investing in the girl? this makes you pray to gold diggers, woman who just date you for your money. trust me you don't want that.My dates mostly consist of but not otherwise limited to Dinner Movie Theaters (Plays), Comedy Shows, Dinner & a Movie, Holiday Events, Swimming, Zoo Lights, Corn Mazes, Yoga, and concerts and the chicks love this about me. a good first date is just used to qualify the girl to see if you think she's worth a second date. Starbucks café is the absolute best first date in existence (followed closely by ice cream as direct is best suggested) first dates should be more about displaying your personality and having an interesting conversation.
you don't have to do anything all that extravagant for a first date. you should be able to sell yourself using only your conversation. there's no need to go on an amazing "sweep her off her feet" kind of date until you've gotten to know her better (and figure out what kind of date would sweep her off of her feet)
btw, direct is best, I even have a coldstone ice cream shop in my small town. its a shame they closed yours, cause their ice cream is to die for. x_x lol
