    Gents,

This forum has been quite helpful and I seek additional info in my situation. I want to give you guys some background before I talk about the situation.

    Background:

I am on a dating site and come across this HB9. The thing is that I am in New York and she's in Seattle! I am in my late 20 and have established my career and a "decent" status. I wouldn't mind visiting her soon if things progress.

    Night 1:

I message this girl on a dating site and we have a GREAT conversation online for about 1.5 hours. I ended it by telling her I need to head to bed. I closed off saying "I'd like to continue this conversation... how do you feel about about texting?" I get no response (assuming she signed off by then)

    Next Day:

She messages me her number in the afternoon. I text her about 8 hours later. Initially we took an hour to respond but then it turned in to rapid fire. We were talking about the things we like and our travel experiences. She even shared some pics with me. We end up on TV shows and here's where the conversation stands

    Last 3 texts:

Me: Talking about some character on game of thrones
Her: True she's not very smart tho
Me: Yes... she's pretty gullible (I know this a no-no because i didnt follow up/kept it interesting)

After that, NO response.... It's been 24 hours now. I did get a sense from the past 2 days that we clicked a bit.

    1. Should I wait for her to respond longer?

    2. Should I text her with a funny/flirty message?

    3. Other options

Don't wait her to respond. Text her and you can ask something like: How are you? Last time you just disappeared, is everything ok?

Dude you're fine! Don't worry the conversation just ended because she didn't feel like she NEEDED to respond. Next time you text her, text her something flirty and start up a new conversation . It's not a big deal. I do what she did all the time to women. If we have a good convo, but it starts to die, I don't respond to her anymore. The conversation ended so I don't feel the need to wrap it up nicely in a box. Why? I don't need too. This drives women crazy.

Please don't text her what fancy wrote. That is not a good text in my opinion. It's something a guy would send a woman who was really worried about why she hasn't texted back. That's not confident. Start a new conversation and act like nothing happened, because nothing did happen.
