Bus/TrainGame Opinion vs. Direct

I live in so cal and been traveling on the bus and train alot lately. last week a girl was sitting in front of me and I opinion opened her and got her number

What is a better Opener to do if there is a girl standing up or sitting some seats in front of you. Should I do some direct opener like " I noticed you from where I was sitting and needed to know who this young lady is"

Or should I do an opinion opener like " Excuse me I need some female advice my stop is coming up soon but I kinda wanted to figure out what girls expect. After you give your number to a guy would you rather you call you or text you"

Or should I do a pre opinion opener which is I go up to her ask when "X" stop is or what time it is or something and then ask her the opinion opener?
